Newly Qualified Social Worker: £32,430
Social Worker: £33,948 to £42,684 + £5,000 retention payment per annum
Advanced Practitioners: £42,681 - £45,585 + £5,000 retention payment per annum
Practice Leaders: £44,607 to £50,448 + £5,000 retention payment per annum
Service Managers: £56,997 to 70,667
Head of Service: £66,117 to £84,360

Training
We see training as a vital part of our improvement journey, and are committed to providing social workers with the necessary learning to practise in line with our 'Newham Together' practice model. Many of our social workers have completed certificates in systemic practice during their time with us, and we are currently reviewing our training offer with a view to creating a learning academy for our social workers.
